Brief Description:
When excavating podzol with my 600+ excavation level, I got no Treasure. (I assume since podzol and grass have the same core id number, it would have the same mcmmo) (also, coarse dirt might be in the same boat, never tested)

Mine podzol with excavation 600+

Many times

Result:
No Treasure

Expected Result:
Same treasure probability as grass

Evidence:
