Minecraft Name: Shepard59 Suggestion: The time for a mcMMO power to refresh decreasing as you get more skilled in a area. Reason: With the current system, I can only use my mcMMO powers once every 5 minutes or so. I believe that a small decrease in this time say 5 seconds shorter for every 10 levels gained in a skill would be beneficial in that it allows players to get more use out of the mcMMO powers.
Just asking... Are you aware of these features? McmmoBonusPlus --- Firstly you will receive a permanent 33% better chance to activate any of your mcmmo skills! This is for all chances such as the acrobatics roll chance, and so on! Secondly this reduces your cool down by 1/4th the time. Finally this makes your activation go up by 4 seconds! McmmoBonusPlus2 --- Firstly you will keep the permanent 33% better chance to activate any of your mcmmo skills! This is for all chances such as the acrobatics roll chance, and so on! Secondly this reduces your cool down by 1/3rd the time. Finally this makes your activation go up by 8 seconds! McmmoBonusPlus3 --- Firstly you will keep the permanent 33% better chance to activate any of your mcmmo skills! This is for all chances such as the acrobatics roll chance, and so on! Secondly this reduces your cool down by 1/2 the time. Finally this makes your activation go up by 12 seconds!
Yes, I am aware of those features. I was thinking about a more general serverwide change. Also, It could be limited that without thoses features it could only decrease to say 200 seconds instead of 300 seconds.
I am not even sure whether this would work at all. The default mcmmo permission settings allow special groups with 1/2, 1/3 or 1/4 of the cooldown. I think we'd need a custom algorithm to check for the mcmmo level and if it'S high enoug move the user to the 1/2 group. There are no smaller steps than this, so that itself would be a pretty big step, especially since it would make the basic McmmoBonusPlus useless. And the algorithm itself would require custom coding. So in my opinion, -1. Useful, but almost impossible to realise. Disclaimier: Everything I said came from a list I saw on the mcmmo github page a while ago showing all possible permisisons for groupmanager and might have changed/wrongly remembered.
