    On a side note, I understand that his app was denied for no reason, but how can he be awarded a medal if his app was denied and he doesn't even have the said medal?

    Because I'm a mindless application drone who checked the app, added the medal, and then realized what the app actually said and went back to remove the medal.

    Don't question my logic because it won't get you anywhere.

    I'm pretty sure it's just like when you tag someone and then remove it. The alert still pops up (correct me if I'm wrong...)
