General Purpose of Contract:

Sale of the Melon Sword (#K7O0U34B) from @LaggyTryHard to @pauldersgate
in exchange for $2,300,000 ECD total.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• @LaggyTryHard ensures to transfer the ownership of the Melon Sword (#K7O0U34B) once the full payment of $2,300,000 ECD has been paid by @pauldersgate in the 7 week time period.
• If ANY two weeks of payments are not made within 7 weeks after the approval date of this contract, @LaggyTryHard may reclaim the Melon Sword (#K7O0U34B) with no refund and file a complaint for breach of contract where necessary punishment will be up to the discretion of Staff.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @pauldersgate agrees to transfer $2,300,000 ECD on a payment to @LaggyTryHard within 7 weeks of this contract's approval at a chest shop located at x: -14210, y: 124, z: 12906 (/warp grimoire and directly on your left) where it will be setup in 6 increments of $330,000 ECD and a final payment of $320,000.
  • The payment plan schedule will follow as:
    • Week 1 (4/10/2020): $330,000 ECD
    • Week 2 (4/17/2020): $330,000 ECD
    • Week 3 (4/24/2020): $330,000 ECD
    • Week 4 (5/01/2020): $330,000 ECD
    • Week 5 (5/08/2020): $330,000 ECD
    • Week 6 (5/15/2020): $330,000 ECD
    • Week 7 (5/22/2020): $320,000 ECD
• @pauldersgate agrees that if any two weeks of payments are not made within 7 week after the approval date of this contract that @LaggyTryHard may reclaim the Melon Sword with no refund and file a complaint for breach of contract where necessary punishment will be up to the discretion of Staff.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
