IGN: Nicit6 Users Involved in this Contract: @Nicit6 @TheZombieMuffin General Purpose of Contract: Sale of Melon Sword IPX7DSWD for 1.2m with early payment incentives. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: - I give the melon sword to TheZombieMuffin within 48 hours of contract approval. - Once the outstanding balance is paid I will transfer tool ownership to TheZombieMuffin within 96 hours. - Give early payment discount incentives: Should $1,050,000 be paid by 9/21 the balance will be paid in full, and TheZombieMuffin will receive a 150k discount on the sword. Should $1,100,000 be paid by 9/28 but later than 9/21 the balance will be paid in full, and TheZombieMuffin will receive a 100k discount. Should $1,150,000 be paid by 10/5 but later than 9/28 the balance will be paid in full and TheZombieMuffin will receive a 50k discount. Should $1,200,000 be paid after 10/5 no discount will be offered. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: - TheZombieMuffin agrees to make 200k minimum weekly payments, up to 1.2million. Weeks run Thursday -> Wednesday, making first payment due 9/7 at latest and the latest for the 1.2million balance to be paid in full 10/12. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
