General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the fair and proper temporary exchange of a tool for money

I eben48 agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will provide TheAngeEclipse a melon sword for temporary rent

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
TheAngelEclipse will pay 7000 ecd per hour of use of eben48's melon sword. The melon sword will be returned at exactly 1 hour after the exchange.If the agreed upon time is a 24 hour rental the sword and payment of 7000 per hour used will be returned exactly 24 hours later. If payment is not received in full TheAngelEclipse will have 24 hours to make up the payment plus interest of 50%.If the melon sword is not returned for any reason TheAngelEclipse will have to pay 100k per week for 12 weeks totaling in 1.2 million ecd.TheAngelEclipse will only get e repairs form an approved list of users via a chest with the user cmodified to it.The Melon sword will never touch the ground for any reason. Terms of the contract can only be changed if both parties agree and document the change with timestamped screenshots.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: yes​
