If any payments are missed or late of the exchange time by one hour deathtoll1 will return the melon sword to me with no refund of his initial money down or payments made,unless there is a prior documented agreement in game or on the forums. If anything happens to the melon sword, payments still need to be made or deathtoll1 will owe a total 0f 1 million Eco dollars with payments of 200k per week if the sword can not be recovered for failed payment compensation. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
