General Purpose of Contract:
iOrbit will use my Efficiency V Unbreaking III Silk Touch I Diamond Sword, named Builder's Pride.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, shrinkwrap4me, as the initiator of this contract will let the user iOrbit use and share my Melon Sword under the condition he will pay Joseph01234 the remaining $75K ECD over a three day time stamp. I shall not and will not rent it out and/or let any other user besides both users mentioned in this contract use the MSword before consulting iOrbit. I will also not log off with the MSword for over two days without notice. Loss of the Sword means I will have to pay iOrbit 235K back.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
iOrbit will return the Melon Sword, Builder's Pride at the following coords, X: 411 Y: 44 Z: -5268. Failure to return will result in breach of contract. If he happens to lose, sell, or break the Melon Sword, Builder's Pride, he will have to pay $650,000. He shall also not log off with the MSword for over two days with prior notice. iOrbit must also, accept that after a four week time stamp, Shrinkwrap4me is allowed to pay back iOrbit $75K and under this condition iOrbit will lose the right to use the MSword. This will apply once contract is handled.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
