IGN: @DiamondDesire Users Involved in this Contract: @GeorgiaMC @DiamondDesire General Purpose of Contract: Safe sale of a Melon Sword, ID Number: #ICW6W0T9 on a payment plan. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @DiamondDesire agrees to give @GeorgiaMC my Melon Sword within 24 hours of this contracts approval. I @DiamondDesire also agrees to transfer ownership of this melon sword once the payment plan has finished and fully payed off. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @GeorgiaMC agrees to pay 100k every Monday for the next 15 weeks totaling to 1.5mil by the end of the payment plan, (This 1.5mil does not include any late fees) @GeorgiaMC is not allowed to resell or rent the sword until the sword has been paid off and /owned to her @GeorgiaMC agrees that if she looses or breaks the sword at any point during the payment plan, she will continue on the plan that has been scheduled and inform @DiamondDesire @GeorgiaMC also agrees that if she is banned while in possession of the sword, @DiamondDesire reserves the right to have the sword reclaimed without refund as well as if @GeorgiaMC is unable to pay 2 weeks in a row of payments for the sword, A complaint will be filed and the sword should be returned to @DiamondDesire with no refund. @GeorgiaMC agrees that if she will be late on a weekly payment, she will mail @DiamondDesire and she must also mail @DiamondDesire once she has made a weekly payment @GeorgiaMC fees will only be incurred after the final payment plan end date of 23/5/16 . She will be allowed 7 days after this day to pay any remaining debts meaning that the maximum late fee she may occur is 70k which is 10k a day. If she has not paid off the sword after this 7 day period ending on 30/5/16, a complaint will be filed and the staff team will take any necessary action and the sword will be returned.
