General Purpose of Contract:​

Rental of TomKellyCreeper's Melon Sword​

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:​

• I will give Sekatorr33 my melon sword on December 31th for 5 hours from the signing of this contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• Sekatorr33 must pay $20,000 ECD to TomKellyCreeper before taking the melon sword
• Sekatorr33 must return the melon sword to me by December 31th after the 5 hour period has expired from this contract being signed.
• Sekatorr33 must not give the melon sword to anyone else, except for staff for e-repairs or any of the following approved users for e-repairs: @rollsicy @Ctoolme @OnSceneReporter
• If the melon sword is lost, stolen, broken, and/or not returned, Sekatorr33 must agree to repay me a sum of $600,000 ECD total within 2 weeks after his ban appeal for breach of contract.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes
