I will allow 5 days of late fees before filing a complaint. @horselover3 also agrees that if he is caught hacking and banned (in the time frame of this debt) he will pay @luxuriantspy5 an extra 500k as a fine. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. OK, we're going to need a couple of changes. First, each player needs to tag themselves: @horselover3 @luxuriantspy5 each time their name is mentioned. @horselover3, that includes when you agree to the contract. @Dccciz, there is absolutely nothing wrong with copying contracts that were previously approved. It's not a work of art, it's a contract. No one has copyright, and it's actually smarter to copy old, good contracts than to try and make up something new. That being said, @luxuriantspy5, everything looks good except two things -- first, we can't enforce impossible contract provisions. If @horselover3 is caught hacking and banned, then paying you any fine would literally be impossible. So we can't enforce that. That will need to come out. Further, you have yourself committed to giving @horselover3 a melon sword without any payment at all. I suggest that you adjust the time frames: @horselover3 to pay you 500k within 24 hours of contract approval, you to give msword within 24 hours of @horselover3's payment of the 500k, etc. @horselover3, once those changes are made we'll need a new agreement from you, tagging your name.
Once the changes are made and a moderatorsays that they look good, I will accept the contract. I have already paid the 500k to @luxuriantspy5 and recieved the msword. the dates can stay the same
In addition to what Jmichael has said you will need to edit your provision regarding who /owns the sword as per the Server Rules: If you are selling an item you are the designated owner of, you must transfer ownership to the receiving player. Not doing so will be considered scamming.
