General Purpose of Contract:
I will lend my melon sword to imt00fatt, in the case that he someone looses the melon sword, imt00fatt will pay me 375k or purchase me the donation feature fly(60 USD)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will lend imt00fatt the melon sword when not in use

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Will use the melon sword responsibly, no going into PVP with the sword in his inventory, no sharing with anyone, and he must be in a skype call with me while it is in use, and when not in use it is returned to a shared chest between myself and imt00fatt. In the case that the melon sword is lost than imt00fatt will pay me 375k or purchase me the donation feature fly.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
