As you all may know, it is currently mental health awareness week. It's an important part of us as humans to understand what mental health truly is. I'll keep this short because I don't know how to talk. I'm not here to talk about every type of disability under the sun, or the moon, or whatever. I'm here to talk about: Depression Suicide Anxiety and other forms of mental illnesses This is probably because these are the only topics I really know about.
