I do have ownership to a very large farm I could give perms to, as well as two towns I could give away ownership to.

Yes, I have been in many teams before with no complaints.

I was just answering your question about being able to be a team member. I am unable to speak for our team at this time, however, it is possible that if you fill all positions that members of our team may wish to be involved thru me if possible.
