    The Mineyork Empire (planned 200X1000) has many amazing modern pre-builts, but sadly currently only one person is able to build the amazing houses. (xx5mike5xx)

    Sound interesting? Here are the perks.
    -you will become a member of the mineyork staff team!
    -you will get credit for your build.
    -you will get 25% of the final sale (houses usually sell from 60-100k, so from 15-25k)
    Requirements
    -must be active on ECC
    -must be willing to commit to project from start to finish
    -must be able to chip in for material cost (will be split three ways, usually 500-1k)
    -must be a great builder

    The town of lakewood was a previous project that I sold for 65k :) but sadly I think it was demolished
