Prices for being in MiniCity and what you can buy:​

Plots: Once MiniCity is finished, we will have 10x10 plots and 20x20 plots. 10x10 plots cost $1000 ecd and 20x20's cost $2500 ecd!

Farm: For farm permissions it costs $5000 ecd. We will have many different crops(After farm is done I will add specific crops).
Features: For whoever is in the town I give free tp's, lift signs, colored signs, cookpots, etc.!

Town features:

MiniCity has many different features! We have 2 floors of casino's in town hall downstairs, and a shop upstairs! At some point, I may add a hotel somewhere where you can rent a room! We have a spawn-town portal and a town-town portal for going to MiniCity-MiniFarm or MiniFarm-MiniCity!!

Rules (Failure to follow rules results in a ban from town):
​

• NO griefing in the town! Only build on your plot! No exceptions!
• On your plot, do not build above Y:90!
• If you are inactive for 7 days you will be removed from the town.(Unless you /mail send me in game telling me you will be inactive for longer)
• Do not build a casino, shop, or farm on your assigned plot. (Farm is okay if underground)
• Owners are aloud to search your plot for possible broken rules if there is a reason to.
