when i mine ores i get bad lag and sometimes ores dont break this doesnt happen with anything else. only with ores its not my internet because every other block works just fine. its not just my computer either because it also happens on my laptop. please fix
Could you please try this without a texture pack? Lag can be caused due to texturepacks at times, so either use a different one, or dont use one to test this out?
its not just lag if its just ores. if its just ores then its clearly a bug in the server or any of the plugins. it doesnt happen with any other block
1. It is lag, I have only experienced this when my wifi is on the fritz, also you may need to tone down the performance boosters or maybe you do not have your graphics card set to the proper settings for your FPS. Even though you have 300 fps try installing optifine and see if that helps.
ive had this problem on my laptop on my desktop and my friend who lives in new york has the same problem. my internet is working just fine at 100mbps and im connected with a ethernet cable. i dont have performance boosters and my graphics card is still in its default settings. im already using optifine. this doesnt happen on any other server ive been on and it also doesnt happen in singleplayer. it is not lag. its a bug.
That is weird because I have everything you described and do not experience this at all. *edit* except when I try to use my wifi and it is having slowness issues.
with just an eff5 pick or do you have a faster efficiency? because it may not be noticeable at faster speeds. and maybe a staff member has different settings or something
if its lag for a specific kind of blocks then theres a problem with the server or a plugin. and seeing as i dont get this lag on other servers or on singleplayer then the problem lies with this specific server. if its lag that targets specific blocks then theres an underlying problem causing the lag. a bug. stop shrugging it off as lag. lag would be a problem existing for everyone and for everything. not just ores. edit: it may be a problem worsened by lag. (because of my geographical location i may have a higher ping) but the underlying problem still exists.
It is not a bug. It is lag, caused by a specific plugin that deals with ores. Furthermore, this lag does NOT happen all the time, nor to every player. I will be locking this thread since you continue to say that it is a bug, when it is not. It is just lag.
