On behalf of CraveCo, the Nation of Mitsui brings an all-new expansion to EcoCityCraft by offering an extensively interactive supertown, complete with an array of jobs/careers, an abundance of real estate to both rent and purchase each mapped out with addresses viewable on the upcoming City Street Map, its own government and currency systems, and much, much more. The official launch day is Saturday, May 24th.
Mitsui is now offering early access to those who would like to enter the Entrepreneur Career Path, to get them into a commercial building and have their shop ready to go for launch day.
The Entrepreneur career path is multi-level, and comes with various perks the further you climb the chain. You climb these levels by voluntarily paying into the Mitsui Economy Fund. This is the only monetary input provided by business owners, as the commercial buildings do not cost rent. However, you MUST be a Mitsui Citizen with a rented or purchase house or apartment. Paying into the Mitsui Economy Fund is a great way for Mitsui’s businesses to fund the best parts of Mitsui, such as its many fun events. See the breakdown of the Entrepreneur career path here (NOTE - You are not limited to 1 career. You may be an Entrepreneur while under another career/job):
Career Level 1 - Startup Owner
This is the starting level of the Entrepreneur path, achieved once your application is accepted and you are given a commercial unit based on your needs. You are limited to one commercial unit at this level. Your business will be entered into the Mitsui Business Registry.
Perks: 15% off house/apartment rent or purchases , 1 M-Credit/week income
Career Level 2 - President
Requirements: Donate $500,000 to the Mitsui Economy Fund
The second level of the Entrepreneur path gives you the authority to apply for a second business and commercial unit (you may also use this application for a second location to your first business instead). It also gives you increased perks.
Perks: 20% off house/apartment rent or purchases , 2 M-Credit/week income
Career Level 3 - CEO
Requirements: Donate $1,000,000 to the Mitsui Economy Fund
The third level of Entrepreneurship is where things start to get interesting. Not only are there increased perks and more business applications, but you now receive the coveted Mitsui VIP Pass - an exclusive item with a unique ID registered in your name, getting you exclusive perks during Mitsui events and many other affairs. You may now either apply for a third business, or if you only have one business, you may apply for a building expansion for said business. Building expansions may come in the form of literal expansions, or commonly in the form of an entirely new building built for your business.
Perks: 25% off house/apartment rent of purchases , 3 M-Credit/week income , Mitsui VIP Pass
Career Level 4 - Mogul
Requirements: Donate $3,000,000 to the Mitsui Economy Fund
The current-highest level of Entrepreneurship is reserved for the Mitsui Elite. You gain access to the Mitsui Elite Card (An upgraded version of the VIP Pass only given to the highest achieved citizens in the city, giving you perks not received by anyone else in the Nation, including reserved exclusive positions in Town Hall events and private invitations to Mitsui Elite nation meetings where the Elite consult with the Executive and Government teams to voice suggestions, improvements, and concerns at a prioritized level to further the progression of Mitsui) and you will work directly with the CraveCo Executive Team on arranging for having an extra-large, custom building built to your specified needs and desires (within Mitsui aesthetic guidelines - two examples include the CraveCo HQ building and the Miyako Shop building) for your primary business. You may also hold a total of 4 registered businesses in 4 separate units. Your custom building will also be deemed safe from business inactivity rules for a total of 720 days (from last forum login + the 6 month max /seen in-game threshold).
Perks: 30% off house/apartment rent or purchases , 5 M-Credit/week income , Mitsui Elite Card
Career Level 5 - (Maybe) Coming in future expansions!
Rules/Guidelines:
*Must be a paying Mitsui citizen via renting or purchasing a home or apartment (You will clarify preference in the application).
*Default safe business inactivity threshold is 3 months in-game via /seen, afterwards you are subject to eviction process (per Mitsui Constitution guidelines) and marked inactive on the Misui Business Registry. To clarify, Home/Apartments evictions due to non-payment occur before the Business Eviction process.
*Business and Commercial Building count limits are specified at each level, refer to the path breakdown to find your limits.
*Not all business ideas will be accepted. This is at the discretion of the Mitsui Executive Teams and the Government Team. A brief reason is typically given upon any denial.
