    I found two spawners in a town i live in and found out they don't work because there are no mobs in main world I would like mobs to be activated in the main world it will also add in my opinion a more interesting new gameplay to the server.

    Mobs were once able to spawn and be spawned in the main world. However, as the server got large in terms of a player base, it was too laggy to allow that. If you want to farm spawner mobs, use the mining world.

    Well the reason other than that I found 2 spawners is the mine world resets.

    That just means that you have to go and find more spawners then when it resets. Main world mobs with the exception of horses will not be enabled.
