My idea was similar, but I'm still working out the kinks, basically it will have a ring of 10x10's on the entire outside, and some connecting roads, then a ring of 20x20's, then some more road, then a square of 30x30's in the middle, and in the middle I'll have all my public stuff, Public enderchest/Anvil/Fishing table (lol maybe)/ possibly a farm and market.
