Hello everyone, ModernCity will be opening very soon. We are very strict with our town rules. If you don't follow any of the rules; you will be removed from the town, and have 2 days to remove your chest(s) or furnace(s) by typing /cremove, and then left clicking the block.

Town Rules:
1. No griefing, stealing, or scamming in the town, if caught you will removed right away.
2. Do not disrespect any Mayors or Co-Mayors.
3. Inactive for 1 week will be automatic removal. If your leaving please contact a Mayor or Co-Mayor.

Building Rules:
1. Build only 10 high, and only 4 down.
2.Do not build outside of your plot, if this happens, you'll be fined $250.
3. Extra person in house is $1000.
4. ALL Houses must be Modern Design.
5. No "Ugly" houses(Cobble or Dirt), if you make one you'll be fined $1000.

10x10 = $1250
15x15 = $2500
20x20 = $2750
25x25 = $3500
