I'll show you how to increase your FPS in Minecraft(It's not 100% though)

STEP 1: Open your "Task Manager" and proceed to the "Performance" tab.

STEP 2: Check the "RAM Usage"

STEP 3: Check the "Available Memory"

STEP 4: Open your Minecraft Launcher and click "Edit Profile".

STEP 5: Go the textbox besides "JVM Arguments" and type the value of your remaining memory.

    *Note:
    - Do not use all of your available memory. It is advisable to leave at least 1GB or 1024MB.
    - 2048 MB or 2GB or memory is enough to run MC smoothly given that you have a good GPU.
    - Only replace the value of "4", shown at the last image.

    *Legends:
    - G = Gigabytes(GB)
    - M = Megabytes(MB)
