The plot the house is sitting on is 99 blocks by 79 blocks, so it is not a small plot. This takes up a large portion of the town itself, which is why the price may seem a bit steep. it looks great...i suppose 10x10 plots are like 30k in your town.. (i dont get why people need fantastic houses like this when they can buy a cheap plot and keep their stuffs..i dont need to impress anyone..)
No, If I sold 10x10 they would be 1000. Thats 10 eco dollars per square block inside the plot, which is how I do all my plots. That building in the picture is nearly half the size of the town, if I were to charge 10 eco dollars per square block for that building it would be over 78K. I am already losing money by selling it for 75k, and thats not including what I paid for in materials.
