General Purpose of Contract:Safe repayment of a loan

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:I,DiamondDesire, agree to place a trade sign located at (-4033,66,3103) filled with 16 flint to be sold for $200,000 each. I, DiamondDesire, also agree to empty this trade sign of it's money weekly until the time that Mr_Doom_Bringer has paid $3,200,000 to the sign by 31st august Should the total amount of $3,200,000 not be paid by this time, I will create a new trade sign to be placed next to the above trade sign to which Mr_Doom_Bringer will be required to pay a $10,000 late fee for each day late until september 7th, 2014, at which time I, DiamondDesire, will file a complaint against Mr_Doom_Bringer for breach of contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:Mr_Doom_Bringer agrees to pay at least $200,000 per week to , DiamondDesire 's, trade sign located at (-4033,66,3103) up until the total amount of $3,200,000 has been paid. Should the total amount of $3,200,000 not be paid by August 31st, 2014, @@Mr_Doom_Bringer will incur a $10,000 late fee for each day late until september 7th, 2014. Should a complaint be filed against Mr_Doom_Bringer for breach of this contract, he must provide screenshots with a timestamp to prove his payments to the trade sign listed above.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:Yes
