Terms of the Contract:

• I will transfer ownership of the tool #JX9TD5CP (melon sword) to @HypeDav after receiving the final payment.

• @HypeDav will pay @Shmoogedy 150k upfront within 24 hours of this contract being accepted.

• @HypeDav will owe @Shmoogedy the grand sum of $2,000,000 ECD in payment plan due by June 21st 2020 upon this contract's approval. A late fee of 10k per day will be charged for up to 1 week after the due date. If the full sum still has not been received by June 28th 2020 @Shmoogedy may reclaim tool #JX9TD5CP.

• @HypeDav Will pay weekly payments of 250k. First Due Date is May 3rd 2020 (and every week after for 8 weeks totalling $2,000,000 ECD)

• A debt chest will be set up at the coords: X: 2783 Y: 64 Z: -4561 with 8 payments of 250k each for @HypeDav to pay weekly. However if the contract is breached and the tool can not be returned to @Shmoogedy for whatever reason, the remaining balance is still expected to be paid.

• When @HypeDav expects to log off for extended periods of time(longer than 8 hours), the tool #JX9TD5CP (melon sword) must be stored in a chest at the same location as the debt chest: X: 2783 Y: 64 Z: -4561.

• This transaction is taking place on main server.
