General Purpose of Contract: Loaning my Tool to @Mr_Doom_Bringer

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I will lend @Mr_Doom_Bringer my eff5 silk unb3 diamond sword named "melon sword omg so op" ID#I9CY7RF6
• I agree to give the sword to @Mr_Doom_Bringer within 24 hrs of this contract being approved
  
• The sword will be due back 1 month after the moment is has been received.
  
• I will provide a chest and a sign placed at /warp norway (x-5047 y68 z6338 Rising) for @Mr_Doom_Bringer to return the msword to at the deadline and pay money.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• I @Mr_Doom_Bringer agree to pay 350'000 ecd @maroiogog within 1 month of this contract being approved by a Staff Member.
  
• To return the msword to the chest placed at/in /warp norway (x-5047 y68 z6338 Rising) at the deadline.
  
• If the msword is broken or lost, I will have 2 months after the deadline to either return to @maroiogog an msword, either the original or one with the exact same specifications (Eff5 silk unb3), or to provide @maroiogog a payment of $1'200'000 to replace the msword. I will notify @maroiogog immediately should this have to become an option.
• Should the msword not be returned by the deadline or full repayments through one of the options listed above in the case that it gets lost or stolen, @Mr_Doom_Bringer will be reported and held accountable for Breach of Contract.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree.
