Hello everybody, as in the title I need an at the ready group of residents + to either clear, build or even design help. I do not need the helpers now, but a team that can be on a lot, and has expertise in buidling. The pay shall depend on size of project, materials, and RL hours. tools, and materials may or may not be provided... It will depend. There is 3 apps, they are builder, idea people, and clearers. This is a big project, so if no work is done after 4 days with out a valid excuse they shall be payed for what they did and be removed from the project. Idea people that invision what I see will be in charge of builders.... Only when talking to me about what your thinking. Any disruptions like swearing at other helpers shall be removed with out pay. Please post these disruptions here when we start the job
