I just disagree on the tycoon part. lol. It is not needed. There is no reason. But other than that, you seem to have good goals ahead of you :)

 

A goal is a goal, what makes it a goal is striving to earn it. No matter how pointless, it's really the journey that counts.
Setting goals for yourself can keep yourself interested in something, and if becoming a tycoon keeps him less bored and gives him more of a reason to be on the server, more things to do on it...It's a good goal.

I would have lots more hours to play on the server if I set a goal like getting tycoon. It gives it a purpose, and with purpose, it becomes more fun. Tycoon may be pointless in perks, but it's a great achievement that adds more reason to come back and play more. It makes everyone happy when they have something to play and the server owner has an ever growing community that has something to do.

Nothing is pointless. Perks aren't everything. That's why achievements were added to games. To brag, and to set goals.

 

True, D0rc, very true. Never mind about what I said on the tycoon part. That was just dumb of me to say. You have a right to have a goal such as getting tycoon. Good luck :)
