    You need to end the java process in the processes tab. Then try to re-open minecraft.

    He has showed his task manager, and it shows no java processes. Best bet at this point is to update java.

    There is a separate section in his task manager for processes, you just can't see what is in that section from the photo.

    Also if I understand you correctly you shouldn't need to delete Minecraft. Just update your java and if that doesn't work the people in the Minecraft IRC are usually helpful.

    It says nothing that uses java is on even in the posess list also I've tryed to uninstall and reinstall still nothing ?
    I can open a join.me or team viewer so someone can help
