So, I didn't add time quickly enough. Can I have the server-price of the items that were there or if I pay 20K can I have the store brought back (rollback)?
Unfortunately, if you do not clear your shop before it expires then it is cleared for you and you get no refund from it, as per the wiki says on the Spawnshop application page. That is why it is your responsibility to make sure to either clear out your shop as it expires or add more time. Since you allowed it to expire the only way to get your shop back is to reapply for the station if its available, even then you won't get any of your previous shop blocks or items back.
