    Here are my speeches when it comes to ban appeal and complaints if I were to be the staff member

    DISCLAIMER: This is to test if my ability to speak out sternly to the offender if I were to be the staff member. This is not the official warning or minimodding, but rather the test that I am making.

    Ban appeal:
    When the user shows no effort in the ban appeal:
    When the user shows no effort in the ban appeal the second time:
    When the user as a serial offender express 0% remorse

    User complaints
    If the offender is reported for spamming
    If the offender is reported for spamming again by /mail or /pm
    If the video of hacking is not sufficient to warrant the ban
    If the video of hacking as the evidence is strong
    If the user gives DDOS, suicide, RAT (remote administrative tool) threats

    Minor grammatical mistakes such as incorrect tenses (like permanent ban rather than permanently ban) and missing commas (like "no proof of hacking but thanks for reporting though." rather than "no proof of hacking but thanks for reporting, though."

    Overall very good.

    If all you do for a complaint/ban appeal is copy paste a format then that's just lazy, also this is a bit odd.

    What, may I ask, is the point of all of this? To show you worthy of becoming a Moderator? Suggesting the staff team change from their own messages to a script for handling issues? Just Criticising publicly how the staff handles complaints and bans appeals?
    If you wish to apply for Moderator, just continue playing as you normally would. Staff is watching to see if people change their attitudes just to appear more suited toward the role. Doing things like this is questionable at best, your application is where you should put the effort to showing you have an idea on things should be worded for responses to appeals and complaints.


    Also this would probably be best if moved to the Off-Topic sub-forum.

    Really, you can't read it? Even before he corrected the grammatical mistakes they were extremely minor. I suggest taking a literacy class for your age group.

    There's no point in making a thread like this. Staff isn't about posting similar things on similar type of work and such. Every, and I mean every, scenario is different; wording it all the same is unprofessional along with makes you less approachable as you sound like a robot.

    If on the offchance you do get staff, just work from there on.
