What are we?
We are a unique business center, we offer loans & rentals of godly enchanted items. (Such as fortune pickaxes). We also offer a debt combining service, in which we will pay off any debts and we will offer a lower interest rate. As well, in the future, we plan on having a lottery insurance system. Any lotteries lost at a 51% chance or higher, will be reimbursed with 50% of the money lost.

Disclaimer:
Jetscat and I have the right to deny and possible applications due to factors which include, activeness, loyalty, past crimes
and any personal reasons. Any user who does not pay back a loan will be shunned, and dealt with by the staff of ECC. Any user who does not returned the item and/or loses it, will be fined for the initial rent cost and 10k if item is lost. We have the ability to deduct any money from the initial payment of a rental if A: Item comes back severely damaged B: Comes late and/or missing. Anyone caught abusing our system or somehow exploiting it will be subjected to a complaint filed, and will be dealt accordingly to by staff.
Loans:
For a loan to be given out you must fill out the application below. Interest will be charged 2% daily, on the remaining debt. This encourages you to use our ATMs located on wall street to lower the interest.
The sign deposits 1,000$ on each click. We will determine the interest fee and place it outside the door. ( We will try to be consistent and do this at 3EST-7EST)

Sorry, this loan is far too high. With our current interest rates you'd be paying 1.5k+ each day, and we find that this amount is too unreasonable enough to ensure a guaranteed and safe transaction. Even with mayorship, there are many costs that you must cover, thus putting you into more debt. Please re-apply when your balance increases. We will happily do 50k for you. -
