The National Bank of Scarborough is a safe place to invest your money, with minimal risk of it being scammed. We provide loans, investments and vaults to everyone. Loans We offer low-interest loans to many, and allow around a week of late fees before a complaint is filed. We offer a special deal for Builders looking to rank up. Spoiler: Loan agreement (regular) Do you agree, that upon payment of sum to be loaned, from @Hackney_Builder, that, before time alloted to the end of the loan, you must repay @Hackney_Builder sum to be repaid, either through a trade sign, in-game payment, or a forum transfer. If you do not repay @Hackney_Builder sum to be repaid plus late fees by time allotted to the end of the late fees period, @Hackney_Builder has the right to file a complaint. Spoiler: Loan agreement (Builder rankup) Do you agree, that upon payment of $15000 from @Hackney_Builder, you must file an application for Resident within 48 hours. If you do not do that, @Hackney_Builder has the right to demand repayment of the $15000 and/or file a complaint. If you do not repay @Hackney_Builder $20000 within 2 weeks, either through a trade sign, in-game payment, or a forum transfer, @Hackney_Builder has the right to file a complaint. Current amount to loan: $20400. Investments Want to make money without work? Just invest in the National Bank of Scarborough! We will take portions of your money, lend it out and give you some of the profit! Our formula is as follows: We take equal percentages of all investors money and lend it out (Note: People who invest more get more of their money loaned out, but get more of the interest. When the money is repaid, we give 25% to the Scarborough Development Fund, and 75% to the investors. This 75% is divided up by the percentages of money each investor put in. (If two investors, Alice and Bob, invest, where Alice pays for 60% and Bob for 40%, Alice receives 60% of the profit and Bob 40%. To invest, forum PM me, or /mail me. Do not announce it on the thread. Vaults Ever been away and worried about your stuff being cleared? Want to store your potions in a safe place? Use one of our vaults! For only $1000 per week, or $3500 per month, you can own a 5x10 vault where you yourself can place chests how you want! Spoiler: Vault contract Do you agree to either pay $1000 per week or $3500 per month for the vault, located at the bank's main office at 5 Whitby Road, Scarborough (coords coming soon). If you do not pay for the vault, you will be removed from the lock in the door, your items will be removed from the chests, and you will be served with a 3 day eviction notice. You must add @Hackney_Builder to the chests as a user. If you do not, you will be served with a 3 day eviction notice and you will have an LWC removal filed on the chests.
