I got a 50x100 Farm in TrigeCity (3 floors) and people can always work in it. The work is for resident+ or builders who already live in TrigeCity. You have to farm pumpkins, I can give you free repairs (all your tools and armor while your working) and you get $1 a pumpkin. I am actually working on getting resident. I do like the way you do this but I think to reduce client personal profits you should ask for the pumpkins from each worker before paying them instead of this.
