I think $10k per building sounds reasonable, assuming materials are provided/otherwise paid for. How long do you think the build will take? I could probably finish it within 1 day if I am uninterrupted, 3 days if I am interrupted. This depends on my real life schedule. Do you agree with my policy? I think that as long as I do not create a functional apartment building that is not completely contrasting with what was ordered, I should be paid in full. I agree with your policy, however I think it would be more fair if I were paid in accordance with what I completed or how well I completed the job. I also have fly+, extcommands+, and extcreations which will help me build the exterior of the building faster and to create any lifts or other things needed for the building. I have built and run 4 apartment buildings in my towns.
