    Several factors:
    1.) How Big is the town?
    2.) I would need to see the town before the estimate
    3.) Would I need to give you the materials from the excavation / supply materials for the filling?

    With that being said, I have an Eff7, fly, and need a break from building the ECCMuseum

    1. 200x200, although the area that needs cleared/filled is very much smaller. I could outline it and show it to you.
    3. You could keep all excavated materials, I could supply materials for filling.

    The land that needs cleared is like 50x50. The area that needs filled is around 100x50.

    You can do /warp oasis_farms and go out the right doorways and straight ahead is the area. I need all of it filled to the ground level and I want most of the hills flattened.
