I feel like the "EcoCityCraft" should be larger. Apart from that it looks great!

 

Update with more versions!
I switched back to the old font as I preferred it myself - but that'll be an easy switch if needed.
Added a few with different simpler gradients, and one with the old background - but refined the title text.

Thanks, @SuburbSomeone! I personally like it the best too, I like the white plus the text looks better with that shadow

 

More simplistic route (plus I haven't used photoshop for banners or logos in a long time). I have the .psd, all the layers and 320 dpi. So it's completely customizable if it's chosen (so long as you have Photoshop past ~CS2, due to properties and effects). Images and text can be modified/removed/added easily.

Colors come from the default theme of the forum for branding consistency. -shrugs-






TBH I like the one Mission and Luccowarleo did when it comes to having more than just typeface and a couple small graphics.

gortfrode's second one (first with softer gradient) is really nice as well - my only issue the versions is the drop shadow kinda makes the type look crossed out when it's viewed at a glance or very small.

 

I think this is my favourite of all the ones I've done since I normally separate emeralds and the nether stars however this one has them both :p

 

Still prefer your one with the 3D ECC personally.

I hear you. I'll see what other variations I can do. However, adding MC characters or other objects may destroy the simplicity and cleanliness of the work.

Then again, I'll try and see what else I can further improve on. Though, I can't promise better, but will do for effort.

By the way, how long more till the end of this competition?

My new favourite out of the ones I have done personally, Thoughts?

 

Personally I think the creeper head looks weird covered like that, so I like the third the best.

 

If you're not going to make it Andrew you should at least make it KHobbits, he looks very similar to your sample person. Other than that though, absolutely perfect.
