I own a 200X200 town, and although quite a lot of it has already been cleared, I need someone to finish off clearing it.

There is approximately 80*80*3 left to clear, as well as quite a few trees, however this is only an estimation.
If you are interested in clearing this for me, then I will give you a tp to the town ingame, and then you can give me a price for how much you will charge to do the services.

ALSO I am looking for someone who could remove the lowest layer where there isn't grass dirt, and place grass dirt (must be grass dirt and not just dirt) there, so that the whole town is on grass dirt.
