This isn't feasible without a total rewrite of the /own system.
Even then I'd have concerns tbh -

The /own lookup is not command-based, and making it command-based (and ensuring that you can only access your own tools' logs) isn't worth the development effort IMO. (Not to mention other issues like performance due to the way the system is currently set up.)-
