Edit the /auc command waiting time.​

What are you suggesting:

To allow you to use the /auc command immediately after making a mistake when using the command.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It would be a lot less stress when trying to auction items and there isn't really a need for it as it wouldn't cause auction spam, it just means if you make a slight mistake when executing the command, you can instantly auction the item without having to wait out the 5min cooldown. So if I typed /auc start 1 1 1 accidentally it would tell me the starting price is too low or too high but also tell me I have to wait 5 minutes before I can auction again, however I didn't actually create an auction, I just mistyped the command.​
