Have an antispam thing or something to block repetitive cursing or spamming​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Recently a shit ton of random ppl and some players repetitively spam curse words and it pisses me and probably a lot of other people off. There are usually only a couple mods on and even then some are either afk or take a long time to mute, kick, or ban the player.​

I don't know of any antispam plugins but I'm sure there are a lot of antispam plugins available.​
