@DiamondDesire there are a few issues with this contract. 1. You state that "Allow all contracts in the past to be null. This contract will replace all/most of them." -- Please provide links to all contracts that will be voided/changed because of this. 2. You state that "Also, if DiamondDesire is on when Mr_Doom_Bringer wins a lotto, Mr_Doom_Bringer HAS to pay 20% PROFIT to DiamondDesire" -- We do not enforce lottery agreements, so please remove this clause from the contract. You will need to make these changes before this contract can be accepted.

Both me and doom also agree that if he is late 1 week he is allowed a few late days, each days are 10k added to how much he has to pay that week @Mr_Doom_Bringer
After further discussion with staff, I will be denying this contract. It has unrealistic payment goals that are very near impossible to meet. I would suggest discussing with me or another staff member a more realistic timeline for loan repayment if you decide to continue with the transaction. Denied.
