I think this is a good idea +1.
Here are some of my ideas
Add some more ranks to be able to go into this Mining PVP World.
Not sure if you could disable pvp if people are /vanish/fly or /speed greater than a set limit.
Or you could on damage to other player have the /vanish/fly/speed removed and it cannot be used for 30secs-1 min. or something along the lines of that.
Make tombstone work in this world.
Make tps/back take 30 seconds - 1 minute in this world recharge time and that you need to stand still for 2-5 seconds to tp.
Make it so that it tells you what world you are being tped to.

Anyway this is just my 2 cents :)

1. ECC Needs Pvp Back! the now pvp world barely gets anyone!
2. have no kits and/or features allowed except for ./back becuase what if you have something Majorly Important to something/someone and you brought it with you to the Pvp World...
3. have SOME mcmmo things like mining and acro...

Finally, a suggestion about PVP that makes some sense rather than just a slaughter house for builders and Nubs (Me being one of them). I assume that even this has some issues or it seems Andrew err... EcoCityCraft ;) - I am so glad he is back! would have implemented this already. A "somewhat" level playing field - count me in if this somehow becomes a reality.
I shall enjoy dying at the hands of the many of you :p

 

I don't like the double ores aspect! but there needs to be be an incentive to go there. Bringing back things from the old days, I like it! +1

 

You could make it a factions world pretty much that gets reset every 1-3 months

 

I like the idea except for 2 things.

1. Dont disable /back or /home
2. Combat logging is not possible because
a. Its inpossible to enforce.
b. A lot of people actually lag out (I used too before I got new internet and computer).
c. Its not necessary (This isn't a PvP server).

 

If this were to go through, enable MCMMO & 5 seconds for a to request. Make the mining world like it was in 2012.

Theres supposed to be double ores in mining world. Thats extremely bull. I never even knew that till now.

 

Heres an idea.
Wastelands
1000x1000 map %200 ores, regens daily, full pvp. Perms or 25k.
Small map to increase chance of finding someone to fight.
Greatly raised profits but huge risk of death to eff7 users.
Fun.
