This suggestion suggests a new rank: Mod In Training
Suggestion:
I think there should be a new rank called Mod In Training, or MIT in-game. The MIT would be all candidates in the staff app section. The MIT's can do the following:
Talk in staff channel
tell people: "stop spamming or you will be jailed/temp banned" or "Stop the caps." etc...
Talk in alert*
