What is NewBury?
The city of NewBury is my current ECC project. I am creating NewBury to be an active town, thats affordable to everyone, where people of a variety of different ranks can live, play together, and make friends! Once completed, NewBury will have an afforable outdoor player-run mall, where you can sell your goodies. We will have a top class casino where you can play games with your friends (Located at the warp, /Warp NewBury!). And of course, NewBury will be a place to live, for both the new and the experienced!

-Respect all town members
-No swearing- keep the town a friendly place
-No trolling or harassment
-Inactivity over 7 days will result in eviction. /Mail me to Let me know if you will be away!
-If you dont have casino perms, you may not host
-when building in a plot, do not dig lower than Y: 63. If you want to dig lower, please ask @imSwag__ for permission
-Make buildings look nice-if your build does not meet our standards, you will be asked to remove it
-No building higher than Y:80- this is a residential town, not Hong Kong
-Do not build farms in your plot. You may ask about buying a discounted perm at NewFarms
-Do not steal from open chests, unless they are public chests
-If you do not follow the rules or cooperate, your perms will be removed with no refund
-Failure to replant in the town farm will be reported and will result in an eviction. Excuses will not be tolerated.
-Any grief will be immediately reported, and griefers will face risk of a server ban
Destroying any blocks/Locking/Building anything outside your plot will count as grief, and is against server rules
-All server rules apply in NewBury

@Hollocat and I are relocating the casino to a new and better looking place (Its ugly atm), and The warp will be relocated soon after :)
