This is out of date, sorry, go to the town and check for real. All available plots have a sign on them saying the size and price.
More plots added. Come and be the first to build in the town. It may be full of water but where else can you get a 40x40 plot for just $1500?
I am interested in purchasing a few plots. First, a few questions. 1) How much does it cost to add a member to the plot? 2) Do you permit the sale of buildings by plot owners? 3) Is there an extra charge on any of these?
@Avaina1918 to answer your questions 1) I only charge the plot price no matter if you are sharing it i.e. you pay once, not per person 2) if you are selling a plot then provided I accept the new owner (basically provided they tell me they agree to the rules) then all I need is the plot price from the new owner. Technically, (1) would bypass (2) and anyway I'm not in it to make money, just to end up with a town better than the mess that is was when I claimed it.
Avaina1918 - keep missing you - pm me the plot numbers you are interested in if we do not meet online so I can at least keep them for you until we do.
ze7707 legacy spawn portals, level 3, gold row, find the Erebor portal. From Erebor, go straight ahead to the Newdemonheim portal.
All plots are now prepared, there will be no more. See the second post in this thread for a list of all plots. Building is due to start soon in three plots. Remember also the portal leads to Erebor which has a market.
See the second post in this thread for a list of available plots in Newdemonheim. If you wish to reserve one or more plots post the plot numbers in this thread. They will be held for 2 days and you must arrange to meet me in-game to pay for them.
