Town Features:

Town Portal: Located on Towns 2, Sandstone Quarter, Iron Row. If you have the Teleport donation you can do /warp towns2 to easily access the floor.

Public Town Farms: 116x22x3 Pumpkin farm with free access to all residents. Several Floors to be added in the future.

It also has an underground mcMMO combat trainer. PM quefueve if you wish to use it.

Central Park: Large Green Area located at the center of the town, includes a public tree farm and a couple fishing tables inside. All members get free repairs on their fishing rods from quefueve. Relax & Enjoy.

Repair & Anvil Shop: Comfortably located near the portal, you can rent a repair chest from inside for $500 a week (All repairs done by quefueve). Anvil Combinations will be free to all members of the town as long as they provide the necessary experience orbs, and the tools.

Town Rules:

General Town Rules:

No Height Limit
Depth Limit: Y:62

1. Follow all EcoCityCraft Rules. This includes chat rules, try to be nice to everyone! Aswell, no stealing. If you're found doing so, either from unlocked chests or in the middle of a trade, you'll lose your Plot and Permissions.
2. Absolutely No Griefing. Doing so will result in loss of your plot and permissions to the town, as well as being reported in the forums.
3. Try to make your homes look good. No Dirt or Cobblestone Houses unless used for decorative purposes.
4. Don't Build or Destroy anything outside your plot outline unless allowed to do so. If you want to help with a public building, ask a mayor. You're allowed to build directly over your plot outline.
5. Server Inactivity for 14 days may result in plot loss. PM the mayor if you're going to be absent for long periods of time.
6. Read and Follow all Central Park Rules.
8. You MUST build something inside your plot in a 7 day timeframe after purchase. Failure in doing so will result in plot loss.
9. No Hotels will be supported by the town. If you can manage an hotel without the mayor having to add people, you are free to build one.
10. No bending of the rules. Use common sense.

Failure of following these rules can result in Plot and Permissions loss.

Note: All Plot/Permission losses WILL NOT come with a refund and are permanent. No exceptions.

Central Park Rules:


1. Destroy Trees ONLY at the Forest, Public Tree Farm (Netherbrick Fence Area).
2. If you chop down a tree at the Forest, remove all the leaves too. (Will only be lenient at Really Big-sized trees).
3. If the tree drops saplings, please replant them.
4. Don't destroy/place anything where you're not told to or allowed to.

Failure of following these rules can result in Plot and Permissions lost.

Plot Prices:

10x10 = $1,000
10x20 = $2,000
20x20 = $4,000

Note: If you buy 2 10x10 Plots right next to each other, you may connect them to make a resulting 10x20. Not more than 2 Plots are currently allowed to be connected.

Welcome new Co-Mayor: splotchyjester2

PvP Arena Construction is almost finished. PvP Arena Application to be submitted as soon as funds are collected. :) Thanks to SplotchyJester2 for designing and building most of the arena.

Current Total Funds: $40,000/$40,000 - App sent in and it is now enabled. :)

On other news, The Empire State has begun construction and has made great progress, thanks to SplotchyJester2 aswell. Prices for floors/stands purchases within the building soon to be posted in this thread.

Also, we expect to start construction of the Spleef Arena in this week. Keep tuned to this thread for more updates and info.

 

Amount of floors is yet to be determined. Price for a full floor has to be discussed with the co-mayor SplotchyJester2. However, I can add you to a reservation list, and notify you when construction has completed.

Important Notice:

Unfortunately, due to a recent grief our portal has been disconnected from spawn and is temporarily unusable. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused, and hope this situation can be solved soon. A Grief Report has been submitted and the culprit (Mikebrian147) has been banned from the server, aswell as losing his plot and permissions in town in case of appeal. A private message has also been sent to WeWinAgain regarding this problem.

In the meantime, if you don't have your home set in town, feel free to PM me ingame if you need a TP to your plot or any of the town's facilities.


In town News:

The PvP arena has officially been enabled! Currently collecting funds for a heal sign McMMO combat trainer. ($20,000/$40,000 has been collected so far). In-town tournaments to be planned soon.

Both farms stated in the original post are now open.

 

Town Portal is now working again! Come visit us at Floor 16!

In other news, farms soon to be expanded, new plot spaces to be added and the Empire State to be finalized within the next week.
