Information about Loans:
You can pay back a loan in two different ways,
you can either give us payments every week or month,
or you can pay back the loan all at once.
If you pay back the Loan late, there will be a late fee. The cost of the late fee will depend on how many weeks it is overdue.
When taking out the loan, you have to put up collateral, something you give the bank if you are unable to pay back the loan(to default). For example, if you use a loan to buy a plot, and you default, the bank now owns the plot, and you get some of your money you already paid, back to you. 90% of it. Sometimes 80% of it, if you did it again.

Stats, These rates and numbers will update every once in a while.
The average interest rate for all players using loans will be 8.24% Fixed Rate*
The minimum interest rate for a loan will be around 4% -ish
The highest interest rate possible for a loan will be 29.99999%
