Dude this is the worst Idea I have ever heard. Honestly I would never deposit more than 5k because there is just too much risk of losing the money. I have never seen you ingame and your only a resident. Not only that but you have no donations, how can anyone trust 100's of thousands of Ecd on that? Also I believe 1% interest to not be worth the time spent organising the account. Even if you invested 1 Million Ecd you would only gain 10k per week. That is 1 hour of pumpkin farming. And I am sure that with the money you could gain a lot more over a weeks time.

 

Then get the thread locked and stop spamming our feed please.

I'd suggest putting more effort into the layout of the thread. You're extremely unclear and it's convoluted.

This seems like a good idea but could go bad fast. if u loan out money and get loan scammed and then run out of money and can't play people there money when they want to withdraw it. also you are a resident with no donations so personally i might not trust you as much as if u had donations and were mayor+ good luck with the bank though!

 

I personally think that your business would grow if you started playing the item market for income as apposed to income from loan interest off unreliable people.

People that take out loans are either 1) too lazy to farm the money themselves from a pumpkin farm or 2) need to take out a HUGE loan to pay off something in a hurry. Both of which are completely unreliable types of people. Loans are too risky for a start up bank company. Invest peoples money in the item market. It fluctuates all the time, giving you ample opportunities to grow your business.

The money you get from your investors should go into buying items for cheap and selling them at a higher price in a spawn marketplace. That's how I make my money for sure. I buy and sell constantly, and I make a ton of money off that....its just you gotta have money to make money. Your investors need to know what you do with your money, and loans are not a good way to reel in investors. Make it clear to them that you are using their money to buy cheap items and sell for a profit. The money you make off trading items

nStars are the perfect item to start with. I have a few people that sell me nstars for slightly more then what they are asking for on the market, and in return I sell them for 15-20 more then what I buy them for. It may seem small, but in bulk, its almost too easy to make money. Just yesterday I made 7k off trading nstars.

I think your spot on with starting up a banking company, there is a market for this out there, you just gotta work on how your selling to people first.
