no sport is luck. Example: 2013 Chicago Blackhawks (NHL). They had an exceptional up-and-coming team and were able to put together a 21-0-3 record thru half the season, and beat the Wild, Red Wings, Kings and Bruins, all good teams. Well, the last three anyway.

 

Aaargh the pain. So close, yet so far. :( It was the best Stanley Cup Final I have seen in a long long time. Excellent games, all of them.
